Are there any easy exercises for diabetics?

All diabetics can perform most of the movements as long as there are no associated comorbidities like obesity, cardiovascular or respiratory conditions. Simple body weight functional movements like pushups, squats, ab exercises etc are allowed. Walking, jogging, swimming and cycling are also permitted. Even weight training can be done, as long as it is slow, controlled and doesn't involve lifting very heavy weights.
